  • Authorization: You possess all necessary rights and permissions to transfer data between the specified source and destination
  • Compliance: Your migration complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and agreements with your cloud storage providers
  • Intellectual Property: You have the right to migrate any data, including all intellectual property contained within it
  • Data Type and Content: You are responsible for the type, nature, and content of data being migrated. You ensure that the data does not violate any laws, regulations, or terms of service. This includes ensuring data does not contain illegal content, malicious code, or data that infringes on third-party rights

Cloney acts as a technical platform to facilitate data migration. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the legality and validity of the migrations you initiate. We do not verify ownership of source or destination cloud storage, the type or content of data being migrated, and we assume no liability for unauthorized migrations, data transfers, or the misuse of data migrated through our platform.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
